I am a Chartered Secretary and governance professional with over 20 years’ experience working across corporate, regulatory, and sporting environments in Ireland and internationally.

Throughout my career, I have held senior executive and governance roles, including Director of Governance and Company Secretary at Hockey Ireland, where I partnered closely with boards and leadership teams to strengthen governance frameworks, support strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with national and international standards.
 

In addition to my executive experience, I bring a strong track record of board and committee involvement across the Irish sporting landscape. I currently serve as a Board Member with Volleyball Ireland and Meath Local Sports Partnership, alongside contributing to governance, audit, and risk committees.

This dual perspective—both advising boards and serving on them—gives me a practical, well-rounded understanding of effective oversight, risk management, and organisational leadership.
 

My work is underpinned by a commitment to integrity, transparency, and positive impact. I have led and supported initiatives in safeguarding, inclusion, and cultural transformation, and I am particularly passionate about the role organisations play in driving meaningful change.

I also support leadership development as a mentor with Sport Ireland’s MPower Programme, helping senior professionals navigate complex environments and reach their full potential.
